Reorganization

I just had this fight with myself: "Tina Fey is the love of my life. No, she's not. Wait. Tina Fey can spell."

Tina Fey wins!

So Tina Fey doesn't think there's a'silent R' in February? ;)

*lol*

AT the wine tasting 'Shmandi' had to categorize wines by color and when the lady that run the tasting asked her if maybe the wine was 'garnet' she admitted that she didn't know what garnet was. Made me feel better because I didn't either ;)
(but I think I have an excuse, being German and all that..)

Ha! Marina, you definitely had a legitimate excuse to not know what 'garnet' meant. As soon as I heard that story from the cruise, I definitely had to roll my eyes a little bit. It's so true to her character! Just like she can't spell 'Hallelujah' or 'spies' despite singing these songs for years. It's adorable though, Emily...and you know you love it! I think it's also funny how before "Same Ole' You," when she is belting out those classic country cliches she switched out 'S-U-R-P-R-I-S-E' with 'D-I-V-O-R-C-E' Damn those silent 'r's right? Heh! Tina Fey is a close second, but c'mon now... it's Brandi!

Yes, but Tina Fey would know that the plural of "spy" is not "spys." And where to put apostrophes. That's very important to me!

Also, I don't know how you pronounce February over there, Marina, but on this side of the pond, we don't pronounce the first 'r' so Brandi was right about something. For once. And I think I even wrote on the blog that I thought it was kind of adorable that she couldn't spell "surprise."

And! I would just like to say that while I do indeed know that garnet is a red gemstone, and it's January's birthstone, I would be hard-pressed to identify which shade of red it would be, so...I'll cut the girl some slack there.
